Pricing comes from Dayle ITM or PlaceMakers trade pricing, or from supplier pricing you upload yourself on any plan.
A rules engine does the numbers. AI is used for the wording only.
After the job is won, variations, purchase orders, progress claims and crew hours sit in the same place. Crew hours only count once you approve them.

Fast Track Estimating software generates an accurate estimate and material purchasing list. This construction estimating software's heart is the list of typical residential construction tasks, based on unit costs.
To include in the estimate, select items from the assembly list. As assemblies are added, the standard costs for labor, material, and any other cost are assumed. If desired, each standard cost can be increased.
The software is flexible, was created by a contractor and makes it easy to handle the many jobs in construction.
You can create templates for common jobs, clone estimates, adjust prices and markups, and enter multiple tax codes. A variety of reports can be accessed once you're done. Help screens are available.
