Our enthusiasm for gathering the appropriate type of data drives us forward. We aim to equip ethical manufacturers globally with the necessary tools to gather, analyze, and reveal critical insights that enhance their competitiveness. Scout Systems was conceived from the necessity to collect data from one of the most elusive areas in any manufacturing setup—operator behavior. In October 2014, we started crafting the initial conceptual designs for what would become the modern Tracker prototypes, addressing the manufacturing sector's requirement for a single unit capable of interpreting nearly any type of signal. This innovation empowered the collection of operator-related actions through a diverse array of sensor options. Furthermore, we recognized that the demand extended beyond just hardware for signal acquisition; there was also a significant need for a cloud-based application that would enable management to effectively navigate the resultant data. As a response, Scout Systems created a comprehensive suite of web-based applications to seamlessly integrate with the hardware, ensuring that manufacturers have the tools they need at their fingertips. This holistic approach solidifies our commitment to not only meet but exceed the industry's evolving data needs.
