We are passionate about collecting the right data. Our mission is to empower ethical manufacturers around the world with the tools they need to collect, interpret and uncover valuable insights that will help them compete. Scout Systems was originally born from a need for data collection from the most important black spot in any manufacturing facility: operator's actions. The manufacturing industry needed a way to read almost any signal type from a single unit. We started developing the initial conceptual designs for the Tracker prototypes in October 2014. This enabled us to collect operator-based actions using a variety of sensors. We quickly realized that the hardware was not enough to collect the signals. The industry also needed a cloud-based application that could allow them to analyze the data. Scout Systems created a suite of web-based apps to complement the hardware.
