Although the Insight Enterprise undergoes thorough testing throughout its development and quality assurance phases across various data sets, it's important to acknowledge that, due to the diverse range of data sets encountered across different insurance companies, lines of business, and administrative systems, achieving a completely error-free complex system is not feasible. Comprehensive support is available for the Insight Enterprise to address any software-related issues, with timely patches developed and distributed to all clients impacted by processing or calculation discrepancies.
