Additionally, Brand Agents serve as AI-driven shopping assistants that merchants can implement on their own websites, initially through platforms like Shopify and Microsoft Clarity, to offer personalized brand-centric conversational support, address customer inquiries in the brand’s unique tone, and assist visitors in navigating inventory and overcoming concerns.
