AI extracts invoice data and learns from each legal entity's invoice history and corrections to generate pre-accounting suggestions based on invoice content. These can be reviewed and adjusted before export, reducing repetitive preparation. Multistage workflows set approval stages, amount limits and substitute approvers, with invoices and approvals kept separate for each entity.
Prepared data can be passed to DATEV, SAP Business One, Microsoft Business Central or Sage 100 via the available connection or file export, reducing repeated data entry.
