This solution is compatible with a variety of leading CRM and ERP platforms, as well as any database that utilizes a REST API, functioning effortlessly in the background to help teams enhance the utility of their current email and collaboration resources. By signing in with a Microsoft or Google work account, users can authorize Cloud-Sync via the secure OAuth 2.0 protocol, allowing it to access emails and, if desired, update calendars, contacts, and files—all while ensuring that passwords remain protected and never shared. Once established, Cloud-Sync automatically logs each incoming and outgoing email related to CRM contacts against the appropriate records, thus providing colleagues with a unified perspective on customer interactions without the need for manual entries.
