Additionally, you now have the option to conceal specific beer styles, keeping them saved in your Beer Styles menu while preventing them from appearing during the creation of new brews on the dashboard or within the Products menu. To hide a beer style, navigate to the "Beer styles" menu, select the desired style, toggle the "Active" option at the top, and hit save; this will render the style inactive, and it will appear in grey text in the menu, ensuring a streamlined brewing experience. This functionality allows for greater flexibility in managing your brewing catalog.
Description
Transfer the MS Access database file to a shared location accessible to you and other users. To open the database, double-click the MS Access file and, when the subsequent screen appears, press and hold the Shift key while selecting “Open.” After the database loads, navigate to the “Tools” menu and select the “Options” submenu. Next, activate the “Hidden objects” checkbox and click “OK” to reveal all hidden database elements. This classification will help manage the methods used for processing customer payments, and we have listed the payment method classifications for your reference. Once you have made all the necessary configuration adjustments mentioned earlier, return to the “Tools” menu, access the “Options” submenu once more, and then deselect the “Hidden objects” checkbox before clicking “OK.” This action will conceal all database objects again, preventing any unintentional modifications from occurring. Be sure to save your work before closing the database to ensure all configurations are preserved.
