The Construction System is available online for both internal and external users, providing an intuitive interface for easy data entry and updates. At the core of this system lies the daily setup feature, which displays all 28 work crews, allowing users to effortlessly drag and drop the necessary resources from the main menu onto their designated job sites. Each foreman is equipped with a tablet on-site, which tracks the employees, equipment, and materials assigned to that location, as well as the delivery status of incoming materials. Additionally, the Dispatch System serves as a comprehensive log for tracking the assignment of materials, equipment, and rentals to various jobs, ensuring that delivery schedules are accurate and that all ordered items are accounted for.
