5% of direct orders, $199 cap
Growth costs 5% of the food subtotal on direct orders and stops at $199 a month per location. Tax, tips, delivery fees, and marketplace orders carry no fee. Nothing is charged until direct orders come in, and saving a card moves no money. Restaurants keep their own card processor, and Appetier adds nothing to card fees. Each location includes 1,500 marketing texts, 1,500 booking texts, and 10,000 marketing emails a month. Past an allowance, a text costs 1 cent and 1,000 emails cost $1.50, up to a monthly limit the owner sets. The limit starts at $0. AI phone answering and the drive-thru voice agent are an optional $49 Voice add-on on Growth, with 1,000 minutes a month per location and 3 cents a minute after that. Enterprise is $399 a month per location with a 30-day trial and no percentage fee. It adds supplier ordering, the Voice add-on with 2,000 minutes, twice the texts and emails, SSO, API access, your own drivers, and a named rollout contact.
