Description

Advantech WebAccess/CNC serves as the fundamental solution for networked CNC devices, leveraging a fully web-based architecture similar to that of WebAccess/SCADA software. It offers essential networking capabilities specifically tailored for CNC applications and incorporates the advantages typically associated with SCADA systems. Additionally, by enabling the monitoring of I/O devices, WebAccess/CNC enhances CNC information management and visualizes operational statuses effectively. Users can easily access SCADA web pages via Internet Explorer, facilitating real-time monitoring and data capture of CNC operations and production conditions, which in turn boosts efficiency by allowing for the assessment of device uptime. The system is equipped to support a variety of major CNC and I/O monitoring functionalities and can connect to a range of common industrial devices and PLCs through various communication protocols. Furthermore, its 100% web-based SCADA environment includes an HTML5 dashboard that ensures compatibility across different operating systems. By providing the full spectrum of features found in the professional version of WebAccess, it also allows for upgrades to the number of CNC connections available. This comprehensive approach makes WebAccess/CNC a versatile tool for modern manufacturing environments.

QuickHMI supports a wide range of connectivity options, including Siemens S7, Modbus, Beckhoff TwinCAT, OPC UA, MQTT, KNX/EIB, Allen-Bradley, BACnet, SQL databases, InfluxDB, and various web services. The engineering process is facilitated by a user-friendly drag-and-drop interface that incorporates SVG graphics along with approximately 4,000 pre-designed controls, comprehensive alarm management features, recipe management, and user management with role-based permissions. Additionally, it offers responsive design breakpoints and the flexibility to integrate custom HTML5 and JavaScript elements. Users also benefit from twelve months of support and access to major upgrades, making it an attractive option for business clients. The platform stands out in the market for its comprehensive features and cost-effective licensing model.
