While preparing a quote, you can conveniently email it to the client and monitor all dispatched quotes until they convert into actual sales. To initiate a budget, navigate through Launches \ OS Sales \ OS Sales and select the New Budget option, or alternatively, right-click on the desktop, choose Sales OS, and then click on New Budget. You can identify the customer by entering the beginning of their name or a portion of it, and to search using just the initial, hit enter; for searching by a part of their name, simply click the button beside the input field. If the customer is not already in the system, you can register them by clicking on the underlined customer field. After selecting a customer, you can then click on the button at the top to retrieve related details, including the seller, payment terms, payment type, and carrier information, ensuring a comprehensive overview before finalizing the budget.
