The ADV software streamlines the entire sales workflow on a single interface, facilitating everything from budget creation to order completion and invoice generation. While preparing a quote, you can conveniently email it to the client and monitor all dispatched quotes until they convert into actual sales. To initiate a budget, navigate through Launches \ OS Sales \ OS Sales and select the New Budget option, or alternatively, right-click on the desktop, choose Sales OS, and then click on New Budget. You can identify the customer by entering the beginning of their name or a portion of it, and to search using just the initial, hit enter; for searching by a part of their name, simply click the button beside the input field. If the customer is not already in the system, you can register them by clicking on the underlined customer field. After selecting a customer, you can then click on the button at the top to retrieve related details, including the seller, payment terms, payment type, and carrier information, ensuring a comprehensive overview before finalizing the budget. This integrated approach not only enhances efficiency but also improves communication with clients throughout the sales process.
Description
Locate the initial digits of the model number found on the reverse side of your Topaz electronic signature pad. From the options provided, select the complete model number that corresponds to your device. Next, download the SigPlus BSB software that is compatible with the Topaz "BSB" model signature pad directly to your computer's desktop. To initiate the download, right-click on the "Download SigPlus BSB" icon shown here, choose "Save Link As," and designate the desktop as the location for the file. After the download is complete, double-click the SigPlus BSB icon on your desktop (which resembles the one shown here) to start the installation process. Depending on your system's security settings, you might need to log in to Windows as an "Administrator" or right-click the SigPlus icon and opt for "Run as administrator." When prompted, select "Yes" to place the Topaz test utility DemoOCX on your desktop. Following the installation, verify the functionality and correct setup of your pad using DemoOCX. Once you confirm that everything works as it should, you can move on to additional popular downloads available for your device. This will ensure that you have the necessary tools to fully utilize your Topaz signature pad.
