Description
Moorfox is a comprehensive remote monitoring and management (RMM) solution designed for managed service providers (MSPs) and internal IT departments responsible for overseeing both Windows and Linux systems. It features a compact, self-updating agent that facilitates remote desktop access, remote terminal functionality, file transfers, as well as process and service management, alongside patch management that adheres to specific weekly installation windows tailored to each device's timezone. Users receive threshold alerts customized per customer, a unique security score for each machine, and real-time hardware and software inventories, with the ability to link saved scripts into automated workflows. The agent operates by initiating outbound connections only, ensuring that there are no inbound openings, and all sessions are secured with end-to-end encryption. Every action performed within the software is recorded in a secure, append-only activity log. Additionally, QuickSupport enables attended sessions on devices outside of your management scope through a simple nine-digit code, leaving no residual installations behind. The service is complimentary for up to 10 devices, incorporating all features without requiring a credit card, and subsequently costs $2 for each additional device per month, with no tiers, contracts, or minimum requirements, making it an accessible choice for organizations of various sizes.
