This tool allows users to seamlessly merge live data from various standard or custom Salesforce objects into professionally crafted Word templates, producing polished PDFs or Word documents with just one click. The integrated Word Template Builder is equipped with features such as conditional logic, dynamic tables, and multi-level relationship fields (supporting up to five levels) alongside image merging capabilities, all of which facilitate sophisticated document automation without requiring any coding skills.
For organizations with significant document generation needs, the bulk document generation feature enables teams to efficiently process entire lists or report outcomes in one go, significantly reducing repetitive tasks during month-end, quarter-end, or large campaign executions. Additionally, all generated documents can automatically sync with Google Drive, ensuring easy access and organization. Description
DocuGen enables the automatic creation of documents through various methods such as date selection, status updates, or with a simple button click thanks to its integration recipes. To generate a document whenever you need it, simply navigate to the DocuGen interface and click on the green “Generate document” button, after which your document will arrive in your email inbox in just a few seconds. Don’t forget to utilize the split view feature! By clicking on the monday.com settings icon (the gear located in the upper right corner of the board), you can enable Split View, which allows you to see a preview of the rows that will be included in your document. Additionally, you can refine which rows are displayed in your document by using the filter icon located at the top of the board view. As you select specific filter options, the split view will dynamically update to reflect the corresponding rows that will appear in your generated document. This functionality makes it easier to ensure that your document contains exactly what you need.
