  • A lot of people have traditional family foods that they always have, like macaroni and cheese, or pumpkin soup, or rice krispie treats. Kiwis in a fruit salad might freak out traditionalists like my great aunt who hosts Thanksgiving for my family every year.

    But yeah, superfoods!
