Journal karniv0re's Journal: Down with dir! Viva la ls!
I was fighting the mold in the bowl with my pee,
when a thought popped into my brain.
If all of us hated dir so much,
why was nothing ever changed?
So I called a batch file up,
with my plan that's red hot,
to create an ls wrapper
in the name of punk rock.
I typed @echo off
and that three letter word
and 766 for my chmod
I had a dream
when I was in Windows
that I could use
the ls command
John Clark's teaching Computer Science
and he's still rocking out and
We fired the guy from Red Hat
Cause he sold Linux out and
We'll wrap the other commands as well
and get rid of that disease
And we'll never ever trust anything
without a UTC
I had a dream
when I was in Windows
that I could use
the ls command
to see the entire directory
We'll export a token $PATH
and we'll exploit it's token ass
and there will never ever be
a PhysicalEducation.class
Think about it you'll agree
It's the bizzity bizzity bomb
Maybe we can get fsck
to fix my CD-ROM
