Not all carbs are bad, and you need them to process other nutrients. Complex carbs like sweet potatoes, whole grain rice/pasta, and oats are good. The should be consumed with a portion of lean meat (protein), and veggies/fruit.
Although healthier than most, you are still what they call "skinny fat" and I wouldn't be bragging.
Eating pasta meals out of a box every night is probably not the best diet.
