Journal: Free Software musings

I noticed the long thread in linux-kernel today about "Disgusted with kbuild developers". I've noticed similar phenomena in the cygwin mailing list. If you ask for feedback on a patch you get a couple of responses. If you make a comment about someone's attitude, you get a lot of responses. The reason? Not everyone is technical but everyone has an opinion on human behavior. People love to seem important by weighing in with their opinions. IMO
