I'm a Linux geek working at an Ivy-league university in Providence, and running a small consultancy after-hours in Pawtucket, RI. I'm the Senior Client Technology Specialist at work, which encompasses Mac and Windows imaging, Software packaging and distribution, spec'ing-out new hardware, advising the network team, developing and documenting new implementations of pretty much anything that lives on or manages a Desktop. Gentoo PPC and x86 user since before they had an official release, Mozilla user since the earliest milestones, Linux pusher since 1998, virtualization geek since birth.

hehe. I just realized how stupid I think my own first journal entry is. That guy was SERIOUSLY pissing me off though, spewing lies and seemingly 'stalking' me on slashdot.

Today I just felt like pissing NineNine off and cleaning up some of his anti-OpenSource mess. I hate when people think MS is so kewl because it "just works". My Linux setup "Just Works Better" and faster.I'll bet he made his decision on a default install of RedHat (no way to judge linux).
