Submission + - iPod Touch more expensive in Canada?
Still waiting for my slashdot password writes: I was wondering why Apple is charging more for the iPod Touch in Canada than in the U.S. A quick look at the exchange rate shows that 1 U.S Dollar is worth ~98 cents Canadian. Apple is selling the iPod Touch in the U.S for 299$ (8gb ver.) while in Canada, that same version is sold for 329$ CDN.
The same can be said about alot of other things, cars, etc... That kind of pisses me off that we are getting screwed here. I can purchase an iPod Touch in the U.S for 299$ US and actually pay 294.993 CAD. GRRRRRRRR!
