There is a difference in the milk but I would never drink black market milk unpasteurized. Here in Switzerland there are a lot of people that buy there milk directly at the farm and bring it to a boil before consumption. It makes a big difference in taste and consistency to the UHT, PAST and homogenized crap you can buy in the shops.
