Toronto has been using this technology for years (http://www.enwave.com/district_cooling_system.html), taking water from deep in Lake Ontario and cooling office towers downtown. No worry about the lake warming up - it gets refereshed every year with this thing called "Winter".

Years ago we found our FTP server was full. It was hacked and contained all kinds of movies and xbox games. We just happened to like movies and xbox games, so we gave it a bit more space.

I used to play Duke Nukem 3D multi-player over Kali (on the net) with Friends. It was a lot of fun. I've never been able to get it working properly on the 'net with anything newer than Win98. I used to keep a separate box round, just for that. I've probably tried a dozen emulators, not no luck. I miss my laser trip-bombs. Not even DOSBox could make it work.

How Do You Handle Your Keys? 763

Toronto already uses cold water cooling for air-conditioning many of its office towers in the downtown core and has for many years. (see: http://www.enwave.com/dlwc.php). Unless winter never visits Canada again, this is cold body is self-replenishing.
