P.Z. Meyers is not some headline grabbing putz like half the republican party. He would have an interested following regardless of whether he even bothered to talk about Kurzweil or not. Kurzweil has a vested interest in trying to shout down dissenting opinion while Meyers has no dog in the fight save illustrating the scientific fallacies and fantasies foisted upon a credulous public by pompous windbags such as Kurzweil.

I'm sure you've thought of this, but it sounds to me like you should sue Paypal for everything they took from you, plus all the additional damages you've suffered (entire loss of your business), and probably lawyer's fees too. You may even be able to tack some kind of statutory damages on top too.

After all the time and money it takes to bring suit and win you still have to hound the defendant to get paid. The only recourse to not getting paid is to sue.

Whenever you here the word "BUT" you can assume that everything you just heard before "BUT" is bullshit and everything you hear after is what the speaker truly believes

There are already real world examples of safety equipment in the aftermarket making it into driven vehicles and failing and they are taken care of by legal precedents. If you install it your self you're responsible, If you have a mechanic do it, that person is responsible so always have a mechanic who is bonded and insured. Anything sold as safety equipment has to pass requirements laid down by the NHSA. If you just install some joe shmuck designed seatbelts in your car yourself and they fail (inspected or not, though I doubt you would be allowed to use them if they are) you are solely responsible.
