It's 2009, man. It's time to consider discarding the printer and not replacing it. I haven't had a printer for 4 years. If you really need a hard copy, try Staples.. 10 cents per sheet.
Ikea has them. They work well if all your cables start at one place and end in another, but a lot of times cables come out of random places and go to random places.

Among the suggestions offered to fix the problem: use open source software, stop delivering e-voting machines to polling places weeks in advance of an election, and keep a paper trail for auditing purposes. Bowen also believes that a ubiquitous Internet voting system could not work without the use of a national ID card system."
