Web Design Masters Program?

I've currently had my bachelors for about 3 years and am currently working at a small chicago based software company writing online furniture applications. The problem lies in that I'm not particulalry interested in writing applications anymore and want to turn towards something more creative. I have a bachelors in arts for multimedia / web design but I haven't seen any schools offering a good mix of both design and development. Can I get some advice as to where I should be looking? It's pretty difficult to see what's reputable with all the spam and advertising."
