They also have a selection of vintage arcade games you can play now. Museums have never been so much fun!
Some women are quad-chromatic and can see more shades than most. I just think that would be cool and maybe my clothing wouldn't clash so much
We actually don't even need the software. Just a license from the DVD guys to decrypt the DVD. If they are really that concerned why don't they offer the license to individuals?
I don't see any properly licensed dvd software being offered for sale for linux systems. Seems like it is a market that needs to be filled.
I have to agree. Right now my feeling is this: If you really feel the need to see me naked, Mr TSA Guy, then I might as well give everyone a show and strip right here. Why should the guys in the booth have all of the fun?
All we really need to do is just casually talk to the other passengers about how much they see when you go through the scanner. I'm sure that you will find many more people willing to opt out, of course you should also be vocal about how they are feeling you up while they "pat you down"
That works fine until you have a slow period, say an hour or two where only 5 customers come in. now you've paid your employee $25-50 and have only received $30 from services provided. Remember, businesses set prices to cover lulls like that and a $6 hot dog just won't cut it.
Balderdash. All they *really* need is the original damaged disc. They could even charge for the replacement media and shipping, $5 tops to even cover handling.
I've tried to get several video games replaced. EVERY time I am told that obtaining a replacement is not an option and am told I had to purchase it again. Once the reason was because it was OOP, they then suggested that I try Ebay of a used game store.
The truth of the matter is, all of these companies, whether they be video games, movies, recordings, etc., they ALL would rather say that you OWN the copy, not license it when it gets damaged; but when you want to put it to fair-use, it is licensed.
So tell me then....if I just buy the medium and license the content, why is it that if i damage my *medium* I need to pay for another *license*?
I was kind of hoping for a movie series of the Dark Tower, but I really wanted it to be a movie per book, a la Harry Potter; only actually worth watching.
They would much rather you become fat/lazy by riding the bus?
12 million? Bad. That is peanuts compared to the number of people who use my OS! I estimate that 50 millions machines run BestDamnLinuxDistroEver version 2.3!
I'm in the same boat. I am excited about not having to always wait for the disc to show up. After I get a HDTV then the kids can use this.
The reason that you get 5 bars is because you are communicating with the extender. It acts like a cell tower. The real question is how good is the quality of the actual call?
If the extender's connection to the cell tower is bad then the call quality will still suck.
(Other bonus of using a repeater is lower battery usage!)
