trancemission writes: Rap star Eminem is suing computer firm Apple for allegedly selling his music on its iTunes store without permission. Even though he gets paid by Apple for each 'song' downloaded — he claims he did not give permission. A lawsuit claiming infringement of copyright has been filed on behalf of the singer by his music publishing company Eight Mile Style [which owns the copyright or part copyright to the songs]
