Yeah I have to agree (men, myself included) generally go for looks over brains.

I'm a very driven intelligent person but I surround myself with complete morons and always date good looking but no so smart and a little crazy women ;)

It's fun being leader of the pack lol Everytime I've ever tried dating an intelligent woman it always turns into this competitive bs of them trying to prove their as good or better then I am at things and they hate losing so you spend all your time trying to let them win without them realizing it just to shut them up. Too much hassle, give me cute cuddling and likes shiny things kind of girl.

If I want overly intelligent nerd talk... I'll go to work or post on here ;)

I think it's more insane that you wish to restrain someone from posting a legitimate flag of their country, like it or not it's their right to display it.

I'd be very proud to have neighbors with the proper balls it takes to display that flag, I would take no offense to my neighbor posting a Canadian flag as I would take no offense to a nazi flag or south african.

Equality and freedom is universal not pick and choose, you are what you hate when you discriminate even against those that discriminate against others.

This censorship in germany of the swastika is beyond retarded.

Whether you're proud of the Nazi's or not, they happened and were the pride of germany for many many years and did a great deal more to advance this world then any other group in history.

I personally thank the nazi's for causing the world to change, and see no reason to try to rewrite history by denying the world from seeing the symbols of it.

Many people feel the nazi's were ignorant for killing that many people, but being ignorant enough to promote censorship is just as bad if not worse.

I'd rather fight for my life and be free then live easily under restriction and confinement.

That is how it works... I completely disagree with how it does but it does work that way currently.

Anyone charged of any crime should have full access to all evidence / statements / witnesses

Legally any citizen of any age has inalienable rights the second they are born in this country.

What does this mean?

Illegal Search and Seizure is not alienable for any reason (being 18, being in a school, etc...).

There was no due process to establish the necessity of the search or possible seizure.

The reason the word inalienable was used in the constitution was to explicitly define the fact that bullshit like schools / etc.. cannot invent their own rules to violate those rights. Inalienable means by definition you cannot be alienated from those rights period done.

Her parents should be suing the school into oblivion over this one. Violating the child's constitutional rights, not informing the child of their right to have legal counsel prior to consenting to this search, this whole case is stacked to the rafters of violations and gross sexual misconduct.

How do we know she really had ibuprofin that you couldn't find and wasn't just a sick scam by the school to strip a 13 year old girl for their own sick deviances?

At what point is the quest against drugs that we use in our daily lives becomes worth more then the people we're so called trying to protect / defend?

Frankly I think the girl should get to strip search every single one of these bastards that did this to her and win more then enough money for all the counseling she needs and so she can donate a giant 20 ft tall memorial to the us constitution right on the front lawn of the school.
