Love that open source - who actually looks through those millions of lines of code ?, well obviously somebody did in the last 22 years, with all those multiple crappy software bits that all adds up to one big architectural pile of security poop, bit like google hey ? - What a fantastic security model: "The 22-year-old bug, dating back to version 1.13, lies in Bash's handling of environment variables: when assigning a function to a variable, trailing code in the function definition will be executed, leaving the door wide open for code-injection attacks.
