if it's grown in a petridish, it's not from a pig, right?

Just to make sure it's not plagiarized ofcourse... because that's piracy too...
solids can leak too. think bucket of sand with a hole in the bottom.
dont swear.. get a referee whistle. works especially well against call centers, as they cannot take off their headphones fast enough.
it sounds like slavery to me, because people are forced to work and do not get any wages. A workforce for the government should be paid at least minimum wage, and not be on welfare which comes with a lot of other restrictions. The system asks a LOT in return for welfare... more than a job, in my dutch experience.
at least in the netherlands, you still can. pulse dialing is still supported.
yes, there's a tax on phones, drives, dvd's... but you only pay the tax once, when you buy the item. You are NOT taxed every time you copy a song from one medium to another. It's not a tax on transfer. it's a tax on devices.
nah.. 99% of the fun is the crashes. F1 is too safe to be fun any more, and the competition itself is NEVER shown. get rid of the races, put the cars on a roller setup to see who built the fastest car, and show us the construction process. because it's not about the driver. it's about the cars and how they're built.
the currently known tests do not test for high, impairment or being under the influence. They test whether there is THC in the blood or saliva. This is the reason why this test is not used in the Netherlands. The law clearly states that driving under the influence of marihuana is not allowed, but that is not something these tests can show.
Slog Supplemental... I've heard worse names..
In my experience in the Netherlands, cyclists have pretty good respect for the laws. Car-drivers though... that's another thing. even a basic rule like the maximum speed seems too hard to understand for most, and that's with the very loose control of the maximum speed. you are even allowed to break the maximum speed legally. drive 125 km/h where 120 km/h is the limit, and you will not get fined.
legality will differ by country. In the netherlands this is perfectly legal.
if you can laugh about bombing iran, you can laugh about the bombing of the twin towers.
also, legality of ripped music is different in many countries. suppose you visit a friend in the Netherlands. he has a CD or DVD you like. you can sit down behind his computer and copy it, and the resulting copy is perfectly legal. it does not have to be a direct copy, mp3 or any music or video format is just fine. it's different if the friend copies it for you, in that case he's illegally spreading copyrighted material. you can take your copied CD back home, and it's still legal as far as I know, under the Berne convention.
because pollution is not properly taken into account of profits. companies make the profits, everyone gets the pollution.
The hardest part of climbing the ladder of success is getting through the crowd at the bottom.
