houseofmore writes: "In an e-mail promoting their new contact sync service, sheduleworld.com mistakenly published over 10,000 of their customers e-mail addresses by admittedly using using the 'CC' field, rather then 'BBC' when sending the e-mail blast.
President Mark Swanson responded several hours later with a brief apology saying the problem had been fixed, and wont happen again.
How liable are these types of services when they breach their own privacy policies?"
