Some additional votes were discovered, putting the conservative candidate ahead in a highly contested election. Conspiracy theories about on the left, with some finding implausible Waukesha County Clerk Kathy Nickolaus' claim that there was a computer error involving forgetting to save in Microsoft Access that led to earlier announced vote totals being wrong.
