RileyWalz writes: A new Swedish startup, "Quixter", lets you quickly pay on the go with a new idea. All you have to do is press your palm into the scanning device, and enter the last four digits of your cell phone number and your payment will be submitted. The device takes only about five seconds to read the movement of blood vessels in your palm, and determine who you are. The founder, Fredrik Leifland, says "We had to connect all the players ourselves, which was quite complex: the vein-scanning terminals, the banks, the stores and the customers.
