Submission + - Mobile Web Application To Remember Your Location (kickstarter.com)

Michael Battaglia writes: One summer day, my family and I went to a local fair. The main parking lot was full, so we had to park a few blocks away. I used my phone to help to get directions to the fair, but I couldn't find a quick and easy way to have it remember where I parked. Needless to say, we couldn't find the car when we left the fair a few hours later. Luckily, we maneuvered around familiar landmarks to find our car, but not before wasting about a half hour walking in circles.

Suddenly, at that moment, I came up with Go Spot Me! The purpose of this web app is to remember your current location via your mobile device (smart phone or tablet). You can also share your location with friends via Email, Text Message, or Social networking (Facebook, Twitter, etc). This can be very useful remembering where you parked or if you simply want to let your friends or family know where you are.

I can see this becoming very useful, especially with the holiday shopping quickly approaching.
