sounds to me like you are the kind of person that likes to have his life "guided" by absurd ideas about non existing dieties. Perhaps you should go to some "sacred" place and pray that intelligen people cease to exist so you can have your way without anyone questioning what you do or say. There are some things that we should not be playing with. This goes along the lines of “I can’t believe it is not butter” and all kind of “Frankenstein foods” like the ones that come in boxes ready to microwave and eat. If you are stupid enough to leave chocolate in your pocket, too bad, you deserve it. Specially if you buy some lower quality product like the brand mentioned in the article. Leave me with the good quality chocolate, fresh produce, grass feed beef, cheese butter cream and yogurt made out of raw unprocessed milk and grain feed birds that have grown away from a factory farm. In short, I like good food and I will not eat chemical experiments.

I fail to see the relevance. You do not go to that kind of conference for anithing but technical information and personally I do not see why the even should have been cancelled. If there was some speakers that had been not allowed in the conference because of their race or gender, would be a different issue, but this sounds stupit to me. It is just like affirmative acction all over again.

Perhaps Anonymous should try an indirect attach. Instead of attacking israel itself, attack all the suppliers. Stop port operations when a ship is destined to israel with any kind of goods or when products from israel are arriving to a third country. That would certainly at least slow down the flow of money and goods to that genocidal regime
