What about if the video was lost due to whatever reason, the evidence provide by the officer is thrown out and it is assumed to be a false arrest? Also the officer has to prove through other means that it wasn't a false arrest. This might mitigate the lost video issue.

I don't think it should be too difficult, having something like the device MAC address, serial number or other items printed on the device would allow it to be straight forward for technical support as you can always require the serial number to provide support. This should also enusre that the chance of two defaults being indentical would be very low.

You do realize the by moving the clock ahead an hour you would have a percived notion of an extra hour of day after work. This is assuming you don't have flexiable hours.

In that case I would completely agree with that. I think the big thing that if an outsider couldn't find the phone and be able to access it, would require a warrent for the police to access it as well. So facial recognition I would add as "otherwise locked to outside users" category.

While you won't know who sold it you will reduce the amount in your inbox and devaule the information as it funnelled straight to the auto-delete after 30-days spam folder.

Also with gmail you can add a unquie tag using a '+'. Then you know if someone was tracking you or selling your information. Use it like this regular_email+unquie_tag@gmail.com

I have not exprienced this. The people I know that came from University can program in several langauges and usally learn a new one very quick and the ones from a techincal college have more trouble. It could be a difference in the education provided at Universities in different Countries. I myself had to learn several langauge an overall system design and methods as part of my degree.

The same way handing a card with writing on it could classify as harassment.

Well that does sound like OnStar with GM vehicles. When you buy a new one you get so many years of it but if you sell the car the next person purchasing it does have to subscribe to the service. This also sounds like "bonuses" that the deal will give you to buy a new car rather than one of their used ones, the difference is that those bonus end while you still own the property while this sounds like you you have the extra as long as you have the game.
