Not really. They can just go and modify the Wikipedia page to conform to their opinion.

But is it really free? Can you just go get it? With Linux for example, You don't have to go out and buy a "Linux company" hardware box to run it. You can get the OS and install it on your generic hardware. Apple has vigorously fought against installing their OS on non-Apple hardware. If they truly open up Mavericks to all, that will be the true revolution from Apple in this announcement.

And then you and everyone else stops going there and their buisiness goes toes up. As a general rule, you don't stay in buisiness and make money when you fraud your customers. How many times have you picked the 3-star vendor with crappy feedback over the 5-star one?

It's even easier than that. Many "barracks" today are actully dorms, often with single or shared rooms and semi-private bathrooms. Men and women already live in the same building.

Actually the cell coverage in Afghanistan was getting pretty good compared to wired phones. The infrastructure just to make the leap to wireless for a developing country is a lot cheaper
