What to do with a un-needed desktop?

I want to ask the slashdotters what do you think I should do with it? I was thinking perhaps hooking it up to my LCD TV and using it as some type of media center for watching hulu and youtube. Mabey I could VNC into it from the laptop to control it. Any good ideas?
