Am I the only one that sees the resemblance to MDK? No complaints here. A revisit of that series has been a long time coming.

I agree. Instead of accepting the impermanence of things and wallowing in the crapulence of our sun burning out, what if it second guesses our puny human assumption that every star will burn out? What if it proves that stars can accumulate enough space debris fuel to be self-sustaining and in fact, the human assumption was wrong once again? What if it disproves or adds to modern physics? What if 42 isn't the answer after all?

Now that's what I call saving money.

You'll see that money when the engineers who win the contest lay down an Abe Lincoln in front of you at McDonalds.
Your employer will never see the money they spent on you while you were on slashdot either.
I gets free incoming. No cost to my voice mail until I check it. And if I check it from a land line, no cost at all. Not to plug or anything.
Funny I'm actually using NX right now. NoMachine hasn't released an update for their client in eons, and there are plenty of bugs that irk me. Maybe this competition will whip them into shape. Or maybe I'll switch...
The fun starts with HP's newer servers, which use the mini 2.5" SAS/SATA drives. Has anybody taken a DL-380 G5 and filled it with 8 SSDs in RAID 5?
Would be fun to have some research play moneys.
Correction - John Goodman wasn't available for the SECOND Xmas special.
Also of interest is the fact that Airbus's software is created by Honewell in the U.S. Not sure if any of their software is European.
Careful! Remember John Goodman voiced the original Santa in their first Christmas special. He wasn't available so John di Maggio did it. It was seamless. You almost couldn't tell until the DVD commentary.
If Will Wright doesn't get credit for this one, I don't know what to believe anymore.
I have my doubts. Have you ever seen the original Google rack? Powerful similarity. It looks legit to me.
Relax. Before you know it, all those deathstars will be replaced with SSDs and each server will have a gerbil running in a cage to power it. The gerbil bio waste will be routed to the ground and that crane will pick up each shipping container to rotate it to a fresh spot of grass every week, while the freshly fertilized patch is used to grow organic vegetables for the googleplex.
Luck. I'm a contractor and my site has my BIOS locked and set to start up every morning at 6:00 AM EVERY DAY - not even just weekdays. I am also unable to configure idle power management or hibernation.
Today is a good day for information-gathering. Read someone else's mail file.
