Wrong. According to various studies over the years, Republican voters (aka conservatives) give 5 times more money per year to non-church charities then Democrat voters (aka liberals).

And at the Government level, the Democrat representatives often give nothing at all (example: Al Gore, Hillary Clinton) while their Republican colleagues give thousands each year.

Please don't shoot the messenger.
I'm just telling you the statistics.

NONE. Commercial speech is protected by the first amendment. Companies can not lie, but they can certainly spread fear, uncertainty, and doubt about competitor's products. (Almost every car commercial does it several times per hour.)

That's NOT the question I asked. The question I asked was: Which law prevents a corporation from "spreading FUD about patent infringement"? Quote it to me. Please and thank you.

A desire to protect one's patented product from being copied (example: Apple going after Hackintosh clone manufacturers) is not indicative of a Monopoly or abuse of said monopoly. It's simply defense of one's work/intellectual property from being stolen.

This DOJ investigation simply has no basis to exist.

"Wrongthought"

It's not just a 1984 idea - it dates all the way back to the ~1100 AD crusades. The only justification for those wars was because muslims thought the "wrong" ideas, and therefore they needed to die. No wonder they hate Europeans & Americans - they still desire revenge for the injustices done to Arabs long ago.
