Phenix Project fails in Belgium: UNISYS under fire

a slashdot reader writes: The Belgium governement has decided to terminate the contract with UNISYS; the latter being in charge of the Phenix Project. The aim of the project was to centralize all different software systems (13) of the Belgium ministery of Justice in one solution. I expect that we will read from this case in the near future again and it will be interesting to understand what caused the failure: project management, technology choices, etc...
