What theme are you using? I really like it. I've found a bunch of similar ones, but none of them put the glass effect on the bookmarks toolbar and the tab strip.
I had the same problem. If I looked at anything on screen that wasn't in focus, it gave me a headache trying to focus on something that can't be focused on.
However, I don't think video games will suffer from the same problem if depth of field effects are disabled while playing in 3D.

For someone who is fighting so strongly that hacker =/= cracker and that language shouldn't change like that, you've horribly misused "begs the question". Begging the question refers not to a statement causing a question to arise, but instead to a circular argument.
I was not trying to say this would mean that OnLive and Gaikai could compensate for the lag. I was simply responding to AC. Personally I think the latency will make the games unplayable.
As for streaming video vs local rendering, it requires significantly less power to decode a video stream. Even the low end graphics cards now can decode HD video streams in hardware. I think you are severely underestimating how much computing power has to go into the rendering of a single frame of a video game.

If I had an old 17mpg pickup I would be allowed to get a 19mpg SUV and get the free congressional money
Are you sure about that? I know I remember hearing that there must be a significant MPG increase to be eligible.
Just put a flash jumper on the motherboard that must be set to be able to flash the BIOS. Seems to completely solve the problem.
Hmm, what else do we need to remove?
First of all, Notepad has to go, but even more importantly we need to lose that OpenOffice killer Wordpad.
Paint has to go too. Maybe Adobe will finally see some Photoshop sales when that happens.
Actually, it might just be easier to lose the entire Accessories folder. But that still leaves built in Zip archive support. So it seems our only solution is to remove Windows Explorer! We can kill two birds with one stone there, as now people will also have a choice of desktop environment.
Oh crap, I just realized that Windows forces people to use FAT, FAT32, or NTFS. We need more choice of file system. Hmm... well I guess this only means one thing. We need to have Microsoft remove the Windows kernel! That will make competition perfectly fair for absolutely everyone (...except Microsoft... but no one cares because they are the spawn of the devil...)
I just had one additional thought about this Windows patch. Perhaps some of these boxes are using illegitimate copies of Windows and are therefore ineligible for the patch?
Even pirated copies of Windows can get patches. Microsoft wants everyone to have a fully patched system because of the massive problems infected computers can cause.
