Submission + - Apps not working under Android 7.x

DougDot writes: Ever since I upgraded my Oneplus One and Oneplus 3 to Android 7.1.1, certain apps stopped working, like Salon.com's news app, for example.

I've provided feedback via the Android crashed app interface, and I've contacted the owners of the apps directly in a couple of cases. I never received any feedback from any of the app providers or developers.

Has anybody else encountered this, and does anybody have a suggestion for how to motivate app providers whose apps are not keeping up with the OS?

DougDot writes: "He criticized Western mainstream media for accepting the report uncritically instead of independently confirming the statements contained in it, like proper journalists are supposed to do. He said this trend was “extremely worrying.” And now a link to Russia Today!

Your choice.

Round 2, this time a *25* page report from the "U.S. intelligence community" (nearly twice as big as last week's FBI/DHS joint 13 page report) claiming that the Russians hacked our election.
Oh, and it also contains *no* proof. Zero. None. Not even a little bit of proof. Nada. Zip.
But that's ok, we don't need no steekin' proof.
Right?
