Comment So the "c" in the iPhone 5c stands for "cheap". No (Score 2) 348

So the "c" in the iPhone 5c stands for "cheap". Not in price, but in cost to produce.

Up until now, when Apple released a new phone, the previous version would be sold for a hundred bucks less in order to offer a less expensive iPhone to the market. With the iPhone 5s coming out now, they've decided that they can produce a new, cheaper, uglier, easier to make version instead of continuing to produce the actual iPhone 5.

In other words, if you're going to spend the money on an iPhone 5c, you would be way better off spending it on a used mint condition iPhone 5 instead of Apple's little bastard.

There are some useful things in there, no doubt. I bet about 10% of taxes collected is actually used in a constructive manner. The rest is given away to the wealthy, one way or another, probably to heads of corporations, which overcharge our government for massive quantities of weapons used to deconstruct other civilizations.

You're right, that belief is not racist in and of itself. Racism is about *treating* people differently in any way because of the persons skin color, country of origin or ethnic background. It is not racist to believe something is more likely so long as you also recognize that it is also not definite - it only crosses the line into racism when you act based on that theory.

Oh, you're right about Georgia, but you're still very wrong. How do you manage to get up-modded? Well then, lets move down to Indiana:

You can use deadly force, with no duty to retreat, if you reasonably believe that deadly force is necessary to prevent serious bodily injury to yourself or another or to prevent the commission of a forcible felony. Deadly force, with no duty to retreat, is also allowed to prevent unlawful entry of your home, property or occupied vehicle or to prevent the hijacking of a plane or while attempting to take control of a plane that has been hijacked and is in flight. You can also use deadly force, with no duty to retreat, to prevent trespass or criminal interference with property that legally belongs to your immediate family or property you have the authority to protect.

This applies when:
In your home, on your property, in an occupied motor vehicle, on an airplane during a hijacking, on property owned by your immediate family or any other property you have a legal right to protect.

Check on Georgia, sixth down:

You can use deadly force, with no duty to retreat, in self-defense or the defense of others, when you reasonably believe such force is necessary to prevent death or great bodily injury to yourself. Deadly force is also allowed when you believe it's necessary to prevent the commission of a forcible felony or criminal interference with property or to terminate or prevent trespass.
