Probably was rated Troll because I know more than a few officers who will ticket cars going 5mph under the limit for obstructing traffic, reckless endangerment, unsafe driving, etc.

It's not "perfectly within your right" if doing so constitutes a hazard to others.

Side note - if anyone has to swerve back and forth to get around you, then you're blocking traffic - move right and get out of the way. If they want to speed, let them - it's not your place to stop them. Don't block traffic just because you feel entitled to dictate the rules of the road to other people.

Allowing either side to have too much power is bad - management gets too much power & they abuse the employees with the threat of unemployment. Take a look at the 1920's to see how bad it can get.

However strong unions result in the same employees abusing management. The business ends up overpaying for employees who have the same sense of entitlement and lack of willingness to work as the idiot in this article, which can have an enormously negative impact on the business & it's profitability.
(Hint: If the business can't survive because of over-inflated labor costs, you're going to be every bit as unemployed as if they had just kept salaries in check and fired the unqualified or non-contributing employees)

A little bit of balance goes a long way - it's too bad unions and management both tend towards the extremes.

Azar writes: After testimony wrapped up earlier today a verdict was handed down. Jammie Thomas, 30, from Minnesota had damages of $220,000 levied against her today. In the first such lawsuit to go to trial, the record companies accused Jammie Thomas of downloading the songs without permission and offering them online through a Kazaa file-sharing account. The jury ordered Thomas to pay the six record companies that sued her $9,250 for each of 24 songs they focused on in the case. They had alleged she shared 1,702 songs in all. During the three-day trial, the record companies presented evidence they said showed the copyrighted songs were offered by a Kazaa user under the name "tereastarr." Their witnesses, including officials from an Internet provider and a security firm, testified that the Internet address used by "tereastarr" belonged to Thomas.

People have been cramming PC's of all kinds into cars ever since LCD screens became ubiquitous, and even a little before that. HiPE's new Drive-N series of car PCs is designed to ease the usual DIY-grind by sporting a laundry list of features and interface possibilities. The units, ranging in price from $799 for a barebones Via C7 in an amp-style chassis up to $2199 for a tricked-out double-DIN touchscreen monster, all run Windows Vista MCE with the One Voice command system, and can be outfitted with GPS, WiFi, Bluetooth, XM, and even a rearview camera. The machines can also interface with your car's ODB II unit to let you monitor vehicle diagnostics, as well as clear out some of those annoying error messages you usually have to let the dealer handle. All these features are nice, but nothing can excuse HiPE's lame-o tagline: "Why drive when you can be Drive-N?" Yeah, and why hire a marketing firm when you can just ask your 12-year-old niece?
