As long as their OS is installed on nearly all non-mac home computers they'll have plenty clout and opportunities for profit.
He's probably 'normal human'â"sized and thus big compared to the hobbits.
Just inconsistent effects.
The future is bright, though it comes in flashes
Damn! â" Who could have used your computer for researching alzheimer's disease?! =-|
A traditional "LED TV" (LED backlight with LCD screen) needs white light, which they use blue LEDs + phosphor to achieve.
A micro-LED would need to use separate blue, red and green LEDs, yes? I can't see how phosphor would be needed or even not detrimental.
I'm just a layman, though.
> The crime drawbacks of cryptocurrency appear to outweigh the benefits.
What benefits?
Disadvantages include:
* Requires heavy computer power, so much that entire "farms" or data centres are being constructed/bought just for crypto currency.
* Side effect of this: Availability of high end CPU and GPUs are affected, their prices rice.
* The creation of these data centers have an ecological impact, and their operation require a lot of power.
* Money flow are harder to trace. This helps money laundring and criminal operations.
I repeat: What benefits are there? (Except for AMD, Intel and Nvidia)
Interesting. but I have doubts as to use a 'container' in windows for network "filtering" (???)
What's the common way(s) to use this? A Pi board with 2 ethernet ports?
>The nice thing about freedom of speech is it reveals to the world the true nature of an individual.
Unfortunately the aptitude to properly evaluate a statement (or individual) isn't as common as I'd like.
A bad idea can sort of be like a virus, and individual logical judgement be like a vaccine in that the idea may spread or die out depending upon its R value and "immunity %".
Me not so eloquent, but you get the idea, I suppose
So the intent is different, but the result is the same?
Granted only if malicious hackers are aware of it.
What about discussing which adblockers are to be trusted, and then I mean both as in capable of disabling ads and the owner/developers are trustworthy. ?
Also: Facebook ads. Please have mercy, Lolth, for I have not deserved this! =,-(
Alert me when the've manAIged to upscale Babylon 5 to 4k (or more).
Of course, I expect the ships to be revamped to far better model and with capability of partial destruction, not this "Now all fine, now fully blown to pieces".
It's a matter of time before professionals or even fan amateurs can and will "refresh" B5
> With standards, non-piracy has the potential to be as good and convenient and low-risk as piracy
What kind of 'standards' would do the trick?
I'm not trying to be glib or raise an argument; I'm just very interested in the "perfect" solution, if it is possible at all.
"It's doubtful that any of that quarter have anything positive to say about him."
There's some non-U.S.ians that like him. But percentagewise it's very low.
There's ~~340 million residents of the United American States.
Fewer than that can vote. Probably about 250 million?
There's ~7 billion humans on Earth.
