A good lawyer will give you an initial consultation for free. I sought out a lawyer for a contract dispute with my business and he gave me the advice I needed for free though I offered to pay. He said it was a simple issue and he hoped I would return to him in the future for something more complex.

As a retailer I already pass the surcharge on. I know what I want my profit to be on a product or service and then I pad that for overhead and credit card fees. Only difference between what I do and this "new rule" is that even cash payers pay the extra.

My PC is 5 years old and the only upgrades I've done are more memory and new video cards periodically. Build a beefy enough system up front and upgrades later are minimal.

Guns are not sentient beings therefore they are not responsible for the actions of those who control them. When you can put a gun on trial for killing somebody, well I will bow to our new firearm overlords.

Handlers are unsafe. There is no such thing as an "accidental discharge", there are only negligent discharges. Basic rules of firearm safety:

1. 1. The gun is always loaded. Even if you know beyond the shadow of a doubt that there are no rounds in the magazine or chamber, you always treat a gun as if it is loaded.
2. 2. Never point a gun at anything you aren't willing to destroy.
3. 3. Finger OFF the trigger until you are ready to fire.

There are more, but those are the most basic and most important. Guns aren't responsible for violence anymore than cakes are responsible for fat people.

Here in Georgia, shipping on an item sold to another is taxable. I found that out when I ordered some toner for a copier from my local supplier but didn't have time to go pick it up. I called them and they pointed me toward the Georgia law laying it out.

True, but they can't legally sell it or transfer it to another owner without first inscribing a serial number, makers name and makers location on it. And that's just for firearms the maker manufactures for his or her own personal use. If they actually want to manufacture firearms for sale, they need to be licensed to do so.

I've found that over the last year or so I've had trouble falling asleep and getting deep restful sleep. I started getting off the computer about an hour before I plan to go to bed, taking 3mg of Melatonin and reading a book. Now I'm getting the best sleep I've ever had. On that note, good night.

This is why I buy hard copies of any book I really like. Partly to show off that I've read it but also to pass along to my children or others who may be interested.
