So they are talking about relative risk if they compare it to statins.

And the AHA are the same people who were telling people to switch to margarine and trans-fats in the 60s, to limit cholesterol in foods then backed off recently without admitting they were wrong for 50 years, and who sold "Heart Healthy" endorsements for things like Cocoa Puffs and Frosted Mini-Wheats.
