I wasn't talking about all emissions control gear, just the secondary air injection.

The system helps warm up the catalytic converter to operating temperature.

After that, what does it do?
Mine never runs after the first minute. I've noticed no difference in power or fuel consumption

$50 solenoid plus $300 pump plus $100 valve and some hose = not worth it.

Things like this can be taught by books or professors.

You start off with ground work on information security, networking, and penetration testing. You learn how things are being protected, how known flaws were exploited in the past, and what traces were left behind.

It's the same steps as being a programmer. The great ones love it, understand it, and spend their free time doing it. The average ones just tread where the great ones have gone before.

You can get readers for them which will clear the code after you fixed the problem. I've seen some that give a warning level on how bad the code is. Just because you have the code and maybe even the explanation, doesn't mean you'll know what to do though.

P0411 - secondary air injection incorrect flow

It means either a hose has a hole, or a solenoid, vavle, or pump isn't working. This is basically an emissions system which I'd rip out in a heartbeat if I didn't have to pass an emissions test.

It's usually the number of connections that kill a router when using p2p. A lot of low grade home routers can only handle 64 connections especially if you're using wifi.

Look at the number of connections allowed per torrent (uploading and downloading). Also take into account if you've altered your browser for more connections.

A multi-part dowload app has a lot less connections compared to a p2p app.

Actually, if you watch Better Off Ted, the character Ted has lots of issues. He's just more "normal" than the others. He needs everyone to like him. He has problems with relationships. He's competitive past the healthy point. He works for a company that doesn't know the meaning of ethics and most of the time is ok with it. I'm sure there's a lot more.

But people are expected to know that a radiator is not the same as a car. I don't expect people to know the difference between SATA and IDE, but they need to know the difference between the engine and the wheels.

If you want to discuss something, you need to know at least a decent subset of the vocabulary that goes with it. If you don't, then you use phrases like "my car is broken" and "it keeps overheating", not "the axel is broken". Just because you know the word axle is a car thing doesn't mean it's OK to use it to refer to any part of the car.

What's wrong with your car?
The engine's leaking antifreeze.
Really the engine itself? Not a hose or maybe the radiator?

It's like saying your heart is leaking blood when you cut your finger. /sarcasm

Everything under the hood is "the engine".
The monitor is "the computer".
The computer is "the hard drive".

If you don't know how or when to listen to people, you should hide out on the interweb.

No, its not. You go right ahead and live on the block where 10 guilty guys went free.

The way to deal with police mistakes is with sanctions and fines. This is the way it was before the 1960s.

I'm assuming you're innocent so why don't we just put you and the 10 guilty guys together in a cell.

You young kids with your "Copying" and your "Pasting". In my day when a key on our keyboard broke, we learned to live without it. And our non-adjustable CT-syndrome-causing keyboard was in the case with the monitor and the CRT, and we liked it that way.

In retrospect, it sure made WASD games a pain in the ass, though. AAAAAAAAAA *move left dammit* AAAAAAAAAAAAAA *argh, died again!*
